01 · Website and application use

Use this website to learn about our rental services and submit accurate requests using information and documents you are authorized to provide. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate another person, misuse the forms, or interfere with the website.

An application is a request for review, not a confirmed reservation, rental approval, or rental contract. No payment is collected through the application. We will confirm availability, eligibility, required documents, and next steps directly.

02 · Pricing and vehicle rentals

The economy-sedan starting rate is $375 per week. Final pricing, deposits, fees, insurance requirements, permitted vehicle use, rental period, vehicle details, and driver eligibility must be confirmed directly and reflected in the final rental agreement. Representative vehicle images do not guarantee a specific model, year, color, or availability.

Gig-driving platform eligibility and use of a vehicle for gig work must be confirmed separately; submitting a profile screenshot does not guarantee platform approval or permission for any particular use. These website terms do not establish minimum ages, mileage allowances, insurance coverage, or cancellation/refund promises.

03 · Remote operations and designated pickups

Registered office / mailing address: 328 W Oak St., Lucama, NC 27851, United States. Registered office / mailing address only—not a rental pickup location. We operate remotely and arrange customer meetings and pickups at designated locations. Do not travel to that address for a vehicle unless the team separately provides explicit instructions. Application submission does not reserve a pickup time or location.

04 · Documents and privacy

Upload only your own current license and requested gig-driving information through the designated application fields. Do not upload unrelated personal records, passwords, Social Security numbers, or another person's documents. Review our Privacy Policy before sending information.

05 · SMS program and consent

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Car Connection Rentals, operated by Car Connection Auto Group LLC, may offer non-marketing texts about rental applications, application status, document-related follow-up, appointment or pickup coordination, and customer support. Providing your number, applying, or uploading documents does not itself provide SMS consent. Texting requires an affirmative selection of the separate optional consent checkbox and an appropriately registered messaging program.

Message frequency varies with your application and support needs. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and received from us. SMS consent is not required to submit an application or purchase or use services. If promotional messages are offered, they require separate optional marketing consent; service-message consent does not authorize promotions.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After the opt-out confirmation, no further messages will be sent unless you provide a new affirmative opt-in through the applicable signup process. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging availability may vary by carrier and network conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

06 · Website availability and rental agreement

We aim to keep information current but availability and website content can change. Confirm material rental details directly with our team. The final signed rental agreement governs the vehicle rental and any rental-specific charges or obligations, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
