01 · Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit: full name, email address, phone number, intended gig-driving use, requested rental duration, questions, and communication preferences. The rental application may also request a driver's license and, for gig drivers, a screenshot of a gig-driving profile. These documents can contain sensitive identity information. Only submit your own documents and avoid including unrelated customer information, financial details, passwords, or Social Security numbers.

We may receive technical information such as device/browser details, page visits, referral information, and submission timestamps from our website and form providers.

02 · How information is used

We use application information to review rental requests, verify submitted identity and eligibility information, respond to questions, coordinate document-related follow-up, discuss availability, arrange designated meetings or pickups, and provide customer support. We also use information to maintain business records, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a vehicle.

03 · Forms, documents, and service providers

Our native GoHighLevel application sends application details and uploaded documents directly to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for the business's review. The document fields are configured as private files in GoHighLevel. Make document uploads through the designated application fields, not by public media links or ordinary email. Applicant autoresponders, emailed PDF copies, automatic submission PDFs, sticky-contact autofill, and unfinished-draft saving are not enabled for this application.

Website hosting, form, CRM, messaging, and email providers may process information to provide these services. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for the described purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to discuss a different document-verification method before uploading if you have concerns.

04 · SMS and communication choices

Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself consent to text messages. When offered, SMS consent is collected using a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. You may submit an application and obtain services without agreeing to SMS.

With your affirmative non-marketing consent, Car Connection Rentals may send texts about your rental application, application status, document-related follow-up, appointment or pickup coordination, and customer support. If marketing texts are offered, consent must be collected separately and optionally. Non-marketing consent never authorizes promotional messages. Texting is subject to an appropriately registered messaging program and your selected preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05 · Information sharing

We use information for our own rental services, not third-party marketing or the sale of leads. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting our operations, as required by law or legal process, or to protect legal rights and safety. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for unrelated third-party uses.

06 · Retention and your requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your documents are handled. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where legally required.

07 · Cookies and website services

Website and form providers may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and traffic analysis. You can manage cookies in your browser. Disabling them may affect embedded form functionality. We do not intentionally collect applications from children.
